Life Tracker collects only the information you choose to enter into the app. We do not automatically collect browsing data, device identifiers, or any background analytics without your knowledge.

All data you enter is used solely to provide the features of the app. Specifically, we use your information to:

• Display and manage your personal profile and details
• Store, organize, and retrieve your uploaded documents
• Track your vehicle's service history, tax dates, fuel records, and expenses
• Send you local reminders for upcoming renewals or service dates (if enabled)
• Improve app stability through anonymized crash reports (if you opt in)

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the core functionality of the app.

Your data is stored locally on your device by default. If cloud backup is enabled, your data is encrypted before being transmitted and stored on secure cloud servers.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups. If your device is lost or stolen, please revoke app access immediately through your account settings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Trusted partners who help operate our infrastructure (e.g., cloud storage providers), bound by strict confidentiality agreements

Life Tracker allows you to upload and store personal documents such as identification cards, insurance certificates, and receipts. Please note:

• Uploaded files are stored securely and are only accessible by you
• We do not scan, read, or process the content of your documents for any purpose other than displaying them to you
• You can delete any document at any time directly within the app
• We recommend not storing highly sensitive documents (such as passwords or PINs) in plain text form

When you add vehicle details, the following types of information may be stored:

• Vehicle registration number, make, model, and year
• Service and maintenance records with dates and costs
• Road tax and insurance renewal dates
• Fuel fill-up logs including date, quantity, and price
• General vehicle-related expenses

This data is used only to display your vehicle records and generate reminders. It is never shared with insurance companies, government agencies, or vehicle databases without your explicit request.

You have full control over your data in Life Tracker. You have the right to:

• Access: View all data stored within the app at any time
• Edit: Update or correct any personal information you have entered
• Delete: Remove individual records, documents, or your entire account
• Export: Download a copy of your data in a portable format
• Opt out: Disable optional features such as crash reporting or cloud backup

To exercise any of these rights, use the settings within the app or contact us directly.

Life Tracker is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable laws. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the app.

Continued use of Life Tracker after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
